I am staying with family. Should I write their address here in Israel, or should I write my address back home in the USA?

Leave your address off completely or leave it as is. Be sure there is a phone number to contact you as that is how most jobs will contact you.

leave the address you will be always in , go vacation travel
do all what you want just make sure to leave phone number
and email address in your file cv

use you US address, No US company is going to look seriously at an applicant they think is living in a foreign country.

If you are looking for a job in the US use your US address, if it’s in Israel use your Israel address. A company is not going to look at some one in another country unless it is a really high level position that is hard to recruit for. Just make sure you phone number and email address is correct so they can contact you.
